Good to Fair: Front board through initial signatures loose, spine leather missing, contemporary and later po markings including "Jno Nainbys Booke 1722" on title page, very minor defects such as spotting and corner creases, rear pastedown slightly wormed in corner.
1934 letter laid in that, with po names in front, adds provenance for this copy.
