The American Soldier, Office Chief of Military History, Department of the Army, 1964-undated. Historically researched paintings by H. Charles McBarron, commissioned as part of the Army Historical Program, prints 9 x 12.5 inches (23 x 32 cm). This collection contains the complete first three sets, rearranged chronologically in a protective folder, with 31 unique prints depicting soldiers and uniforms from 1775 to 1965, 10 duplicates, and typed descriptions. Very Good: one title page creased, prints lightly bumped and scuffed (1812 has dark scuff across verso), no markings. Ex-library folder with sticker damage.
